What is a period pack?

A period pack includes tampons, pads, liners, sanitary wipes, and just one chocolate, all thoughtfully packaged for one or two cycles.

What items are on your wish list?

Regular size tampons, individually wrapped pads, panti-liners, and sanitary wipes, and cosmetic bags such as Clinique, Ipsy and Estee Lauder bags.

Why not distribute re-usable pads or menstrual cups?

We do not accept donations of or distribute re-usable pads or menstrual cups because the population we serve may not have access to a place where they can adequately clean these items, which could become a health risk.

Why not distribute super or super-plus size tampons?

These present more of a risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome if worn too long, so we prefer to provide regular size tampons to those in need.

Where can I mail product or monetary donations?
